Not only is H Sarker & Co.Valves (P) Ltd. recognised for engineering excellence, but it is also one of the oldest and most experienced manufacturers of valves in the country.

The first valve designed and manufactured by H Sarker & Co.Valves (P) Ltd. in 1965 were Cast Iron Gate, Globe and Check Valves. The company now offers a full range of industrial valves in Cast Iron, Gun Metal, Cast Steel, Fabricated Valves and Sluice Gates with options for manual or motorised operations.

The company built its own cast iron and non-ferrous foundry in 1972 under the banner of Oriental Foundry and now produces high quality C.I. Castings and non-ferrous parts for valves. The capacity of the foundry is 5 tons per hour and can produce single piece casting of 5 tons.

Complete in-house testing facilities like Tensile Testing of 10 ton capacity, hardness testing, chemical testing, mercurous nitrate testing, D. P. testing, hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing are available. Machining, assembly and testing is carried out by technicians and quality is monitored by highly experienced supervisors and quality control engineers.
